Taylor was beyond excellent. My mom came into St. James for her last day of life. We ask for dignity and peace and we were given both. She treated my mom with integrity and made sure my mom's wishes were met and only given what she wanted. She made sure my mom was comfortable and also that my needs were met.
She was gentle with her and talked to her even in her last breath.
She made me feel my mom was in good hands and when I needed fresh air, she sat with my mom. If my mom could speak she would have been smiling ear to ear knowing there are great people out there with integrity and excellence. Taylor St. Johns is #1 in our book.
Thank you for making my mom's last wishes met. She died very peacefully.
