Although Reese is relatively young in his nursing career, he consistently displays astounding maturity in his nursing practice and is a model employee. Reese's nursing care prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and best interests at all times through compassion, integrity, and professionalism; traits may veteran nurses struggle to display.

One of the most impressive demonstrations of compassion I've witnessed as a nurse involved Reese finding an unresponsive employee where many would have met with delayed action, he immediately began activating emergency responses, notifying hospital authorities, and involving those nearby to maintain the safety and security for the employee and the unit.
Without being asked, Reese also instinctively went to the patients that were being cared for by that nurse and assumed care mid-shift and performed as if they were his from the start. His actions not only maintained patient safety but undoubtfully saved the life of a fellow nurse. Human decency and concern for others are foundational characteristics that great nurses are naturally blessed with. I often refer to Reese as "glowing with sunshine" because he is what I define as not only a great nurse but a genuinely kind human being. His passion, determination, and veracity are inspiring to all those fortunate to work with him and be cared for by him.
