I am the son of Mrs. H. I have known Ms. Chulaporn Ramsiri for more than 10 years. Yes, I and my family had very excellent care. Every year she will inform me of the annual checkup program. Last year my wife got TB and I got the advice from Chulaporn to bring everyone in my family to get the treatment and now we all are cured.

This year again she did the same; remind me to have an annual checkup and when the due of vaccination she also make a call directly to me for the reason of timely vaccination. This year my mom is getting very old and since the situation of Covid-19, she is stressed much more than before so she kept calling Chulaporn from time to time around 10-20 times and asking about what type of medicine, etc. And even of other questions about uncomfortable feelings, need Ms. Chulaporn to clear up what she wants to know. Ms. Chulaporn never disappointing my mom and still spending time talking to her.

I felt very considerate about her time; even I tried to stop mom not to call her but Ms. Chulaporn gave us support and advice also find me a good geriatric doctor to look after mom. Mom has an anxiety problem especially when she had blurred vision and tooth problems. Chulaporn gave her and advice until she can meet the specific doctor and get the operation finally. After surgery, she got weight loss, hot flush, very anxious until she need hospitalizing to get a medicine adjustment. During that time, Ms. Chulaporn came to visit my mom. She paid a very close attentiveness now mom is very good.

Everything I stated I would like to Thanks Ms. Chulaporn for. Actually, she seems like our attending nurse of family; she is like my family member that help us, the whole family.
