Despite working in an extremely busy ER, Dan always illustrates empathy and kindness to all patients. One patient wrote:
I truly appreciate Dan's professionalism and kindness in my ER visit today when I came in for chest pains. He was calming and truly has a caring heart. He kept me well informed throughout the process and addressed my concerns with his smiling eyes and engaging chatter. Although I wasn't sure how my results would turn out, I knew I was in good hands.
