Kristi is a nurse on a busy med/surg unit. She goes out of her way to help the entire team. She always remains positive and has a smile on her face. Our patients love her and enjoy her upbeat personality. Kristi is an extraordinary nurse and an excellent role model. We all look forward to working with Kristi. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
We once had a difficult patient that no one could console. Kristi quickly formed a bond with the patient. She found out the patient's favorite song and sang it with her every chance she had. She even sang the patient to sleep one night through the call light system. Kristi is the definition of a nurse. She cares with every aspect of her being. She continually learns and grows in her nursing practice. She provides excellent care and brings a unique positivity to the 7 North Unit.
