Amy was nominated by several patients from OVSH. The patients stated she was fantastic, attentive, took time to talk with them, helpful, and comforting. One patient was from Cleveland and stated she was scared to not have family with her because of COVID but was grateful to have Amy with her. This patient stated that Amy treated her like one of her family members.
