First, thank God for such a great person who cares about her job and patients, to go above and beyond her duties to make me feel comfortable and safe. Randa took the time to explain every medicine and IV she was giving me and why she was giving me the medicine. More than that, her compassion for how I was feeling if I was comfortable if I needed anything else. I have been in and out of hospitals in the last few months, so you can tell who comes to work for just a paycheck, and who comes to work because they "love" and "care" about their jobs and the people "patient" they care for.In this day and time, when the world is so "angry" and wants to hurt people, it is refreshing to have someone who really cares and tries to do the best job possible.
