I want to personally share the story of Tina Harmon as her Director of Senior Renewal. Tina has gone over and beyond since I went out on surgery leave. I was expected to be back in December, but my leave was extended until January. During this time, Tina had been doing the work of the nurse at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospitals in Highland and Breese Senior Renewal departments. Her hours were increased to full-time but caring for 28 patients at Breese and 26 at Highland is very time-consuming. She has exhibited compassionate care even through the busiest of days. She continues to have a strong relationship with Dr. A our psychiatrist. She has exhibited the care values and mission of the hospital within her daily tasks.
