Katie was my dad's nurse for several days and I never met a more caring and compassionate nurse. It's not it's not just a job to her, she truly cares! She would talk to my dad, not just come in and do her duties. Her shift would end at 7:00 o'clock and she would still be here making sure to introduce me to the next team. Katie also had been a real pillar for me, answering all my questions, my concerns, and helping me to understand what is happening. She had a way of explaining things that would help me make some of the hard decisions. She was never pushy, she was always patient. When I would start to have a crying moment she would be there to offer support and again answer my questions. Between my mom and dad, there have been many hospital visits to all different hospitals. Katie has surpassed any nurse they have ever had.
