I met two remarkable nurses in less than 48 hours.
First, I had my nurse, a recent nursing grad who I can already tell is going to be a big comfort to many patients. What makes Vivienne stand out is the rapport built and the ease she put me at. From the first time I met my nurse, very kind, caring, and tried to find something in common which we did. Considering the amount of pain I was in when this nurse was in my room, I'd forget about it even if it was only a few minutes. My nurse didn't stop there. Vivienne went above and beyond in every aspect of care, including staying past shift to make sure what I needed was taken care of, including helping me with an issue I had.
