I am writing this letter to express my sincerest gratitude towards a nurse for exemplary care while I was at your facility. Jacqueline was calming, and I appreciated the level of care administered to me during my vulnerability. Due to COVID restrictions, my husband was unable to be with me and she was like an angel. She went out of the way to make me feel heard and even encouraged better communication between patient and doctor. I am grateful for the time she took to talk to me to help me better understand my options. The help of a genuinely caring nurse works wonders for patients. Nurses who share positivity and encouragement with their patients gain more strength to face their challenges and she was a ray of sunshine! Her smile lit up the room and I appreciated her words of encouragement. I once again would like to extend my appreciation to Jacqueline. To be able to walk alongside another person during their moments of vulnerability requires a special kind of selflessness and professionalism. I am grateful this nurse was assigned to me on this day.
