The patient said that Shiela Ann does not accept gifts, and for them, it means that she really had compassion within her.
3. Shiela Ann has "amazing interpersonal skills". The nominator said that all they can see is a smile on her face and when her family is around, she smiles at everybody making them more relaxed and more comfortable.
