,
RN
Bone Marrow Transplant 3W/4W
Moffitt Cancer Center
Taylor was good at meeting his needs and coordinated with oncology techs, so interruptions of sleep were minimal.
Taylor was my husband's night nurse several times prior to and after his stem cell transplant. She was personable, informative, and encouraging at every stage. She not only took the time to get to know his interests, family, etc., she also followed up (How was the visit with your kids?) She was good at meeting his needs and coordinated with oncology techs, so interruptions of sleep were minimal.
In addition to her excellent bedside manner, Taylor was very positive about all aspects of our interaction with Moffitt. She spoke highly of other staff members, talked about how great it was to work here; and shared how confident she was in the abilities and expertise of the doctors and various departments. (She is one of Moffitt's best marketing tools!) She found the positive in every situation while validating the negative (fatigue, no appetite, pain...) We look forward to having her as my husband's nurse again. Taylor loves her career, and it shows! Always proactive, positive, kind, and patient. Eager to assist in any way she can.
