I was very nervous coming to the hospital with my son not knowing what was wrong and if I was going to get a nurse who really cared. Nurse Kim in 6 East is the most fun, loving, bubbly nurse I have ever met. She was so caring towards myself and my son for the 4 nights that she was our nurse. Kim made me feel comfortable and at ease bring here. She comes in not just to do the routine things but also to make sure we were ok. When I had questions, she had the answer. We had come from a different hospital and the board that was on my son's arm was too big. She got a new board for his little arm so that he could be more comfortable and have a range of motion. My son has a hard time warming up to people, but he took to Kim right away. He smiled at her, wanted her to hold him and he hugged her when her shift was over. If I was able to choose a nurse when we have to come to the hospital, I will choose Kim every time.
