My mother was admitted for COVID. She was not doing well and as you know, there are no visitors. Every call that came into my phone was like waiting for a call from Jesus himself to let me know what was happening with my mom. Aside from that, my entire family is also waiting for each call and text from me. We depend on and hold onto each report we receive from the hospital. This is where Ali comes in!
I understand that we (the family) can call in for an update but we also don't know when things are changing (for better or worse). Our entire family knows Ali's name because she is the beaming light of your facility that kept us informed and also kept our stress level down as a family. She kept us well-informed and also met us in the hospital even though my mom was not her patient that day, just to say hello and give us information. She has been by my mom's side since she arrived and has truly been her angel. You need more people like Ali, not only in this hospital but in this world. Ali, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
