Ericka helped me with a very critical patient and the patient was amazed at our teamwork. The patient said that she was an RN for over 30 years and had not seen teamwork and dedication like ours in a long time. She was thankful for our help. The patients during this pandemic are very sick and it takes a lot of help to make them feel comfortable. It's a great feeling to have good team members who go above and beyond for patients and colleagues. Ericka even helped me talk to the patient's family outside of the building to assist with the continuity of care.
