Where do I start? I came here in a lot of pain and was feeling very worried about my health, and Sam was right there to reassure me that I was in good hands and went on to tell me how good my surgeon was and go on to speak highly of Aurora was, and how much she loved her job. Now, this might not seem like much to some, but it meant everything to me. I hope Aurora recognizes how special she is, and how well she represents the hospital.
Random thoughts:
1. Explained everything clearly and in the best disposition.
2. Went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and not stressed.
3. Great sense of humor!
