I was admitted with COVID-19 and was truly nervous as my breathing and chest pain were getting worse. However, nurse Regina was extremely soothing in her tone, clearly explained everything, constantly checked in with me, and made sure that my pain levels had gone down and my breathing was calmer.
I waited for her shift to ask the questions as she was really resourceful in her responses and had great relationships with the medical team. She shared with me her experiences with COVID-19, told me the stories of many that healed, and that as a mother of four I had a lot to fight for.
Nurse Regina's compassionate and knowledgeable approach helped me get through the toughest three days of my life. Nurse Regina took me through my journey to healing with such grace and compassionate care.
