During the delivery phase, Carlie held my hand and helped me get through the final stage of delivering my baby.
I was admitted in January for an induction, and Carlie was my nurse up until I moved to a postpartum room. Carlie was very kind and followed my birth plan. She asked questions about how I wanted to do things. She also answered all my questions and concerns.
During my labor, my contractions got extremely painful. Carlie came into the room and was by my side through a couple of them. She helped me to the bathroom through a strong one and helped ease my pain by putting pressure on my hips. During the delivery phase, she held my hand and helped me get through the final stage of delivering my baby. She was even kind enough to take pictures.
Thank you is not enough to express how grateful I am to have Carlie in that room with me and to have her as my nurse. She was not just a nurse to me that day--she was my extra support person. I've not had a nurse like her before. I will forever be grateful for her. I couldn't have done all that without her. Thank you so much, Carlie!!
