Ama's professionalism and excellent care were demonstrated through her kindness and compassion shown to me and my baby. She knocks on my door every time she enters she greets me with a smile. With positive encouragement, gentle care, and kindness shown, I felt compelled to say "Thank You" to her every time I see her. She does things above and beyond her role.

Prior to discharge, we realize we didn't have the feet print for our little one, so Ama made one for us and worked with her co-worker to get a name tag for our baby. We got proof of birth letter and she helped us with the birth certificate which she double-checked to make sure everything was correct, including the discharge instructions and paperwork. Ama went over it in detail and was sure she answered all our questions. She represents an extraordinary nurse. I appreciate the excellent service and hope the hospital is able to attract and retain great talent with care, kindness, and compassion more like Ama.
