Sharon leads her team with a shared vision and purposeful caring. She created an atmosphere of caring and trust for her staff. She assisted in a project to limit the staffs' exposure to COVID by using extended IV tubing outside of the patient rooms, modeling interdisciplinary care, as this project involved nurses, engineering, pharmacy, and medicine. She models engaging and empowering her staff in shared decision-making. Sharon continues to find joy in her work.
