Very caring and informative. Very attentive. They had a hot cup of tea ready for me every morning. Showed a lot of personal attention and was funny. As mentioned above with the teas. Anne was a delight to have in the room and made my stay very comfortable.
She is all the good words. Understanding, compassionate, professional, gets things done! Explains everything. She listens and engages. She knows what she is doing and how to make things better. She is good at her job and everyone else's. The lady that helps with hair washing was not there and Anne volunteered to wash my hair for me. She also said she had never done it before, but she was so wonderful at it. She was my angel.
