I was waiting for my husband to come home to watch our two young children so that I could go to the hospital to get tested for Covid-19. On his way home, my husband was in a car wreck. He was ok and told me to go ahead and get tested. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get tested because I had my kids in the car. Dawn was leaving work and offered to watch my children while I got tested. As I was walking into the ER, my oldest child started throwing up. Dawn ran into the ER and got a bucket for her to throw up in. Dawn helped me clean her up. She then stayed with both of my children while I got tested. This meant so much to me. It turned out my children and I all had Covid. I was the first to test positive and would not have been able to get tested when I did if not for Dawn's help.
