I was a guest here for a few days. Having surgery is never a fun process especially when your overnight stay becomes four or more days due to an infection. I was supposed to be on a cruise right now, but am not because of Covid and having surgery. I needed to tell you about some of the people on your team. I've had 15 military service-connected surgeries over the past 28 years. Never have I ever received care like this before. My care team's care they provided was better than many of the four-star resorts I stayed at.
These dedicated professionals provided a level of care and commitment that can't be touched by any of the nursing teams from my past experience. I just wanted to take a moment to pass on my gratitude. My experience wouldn't have been a good one if it had not been for your heroes! Please, if you would pass on my thanks and praise to Trisha, Dustin, Michael, Scott, and Kelsey. Nothing was ever a bother to them. Their positivity, can-do attitude, and dedication were greatly appreciated. I was taken back, I haven't seen such dedication since I was in the military. I am extremely grateful! Thank you!

I would like to add as their manager, I continuously receive cards, letters, and phone calls regarding the exceptional care from the staff. As a manager, I am honored to work with such an amazing team. This is just one example of how the B2/B3 Surgical Nurses deserve a little recognition.
