Eric comes to work with a smile on his face every day. He brings the good out in all of us, and makes all of his staff smile. He is always willing to help with patient care and if a call light is going, he never walks by, even when his hands are full. When he was with us (staff) and a patient passed away, his sensitivity was so sincere . Eric went to each and every one of his staff that night to debrief with them. Eric may be a somewhat new staff member to this facility, but since the day he started, he's treated all of us like were family. His integrity is held with the highest standards, and he has the utmost respect from all the staff.
Eric is very respectful of each and every one of the residents. He makes sure that care and safety come first. He is very good when dealing with aggressive and upset residents. He can get them calmed down and reassured so that they will allow care to be down and settle down for the night. He is just a very good all around nurse.
