Passion/Personal: Renee's passion for nursing education is evident by her non-stop efforts to support her students and her own continual education pursuits. Renee is very willing and actively participates in team projects such as fun committee ideas, mentor huddles, and task forces. Renee values a team and forms a trusting relationship with each of her students. Renee also attends required trainings and share insights about those trainings. Renee is a professional collaborator who has gained the trust of her students by providing them updates when changes are occurring. Renee also helps to find resources quickly if a student or colleague is looking for something in particular. Renee is generous in covering for colleagues when they take time off.

She shares how she helps students overcome obstacles, which then motivates other team members to make changes or improve practices.
