Dr. Hepfer consistently demonstrates an unmatched excitement and enthusiasm for educating our MSN students. As an experienced PNP, she serves as a wealth of information to students and faculty alike. While working with Dr. Hepfer during the MSN-FNP OSCEs, she recognized an opportunity to improve pediatric prescribing practices among our students, and she sought me out and offered to develop a dosage calculation module for advanced pharmacology to address this area for our students.

In addition to this, I observed over the days as she consistently took time with each student to genuinely connect with them in ways that allowed her to coach them in individualized and meaningful ways. I'm certain she inspired confidence in every student that day while also inspiring me to strive to connect and engage with others just as she does.
