I have known Ming Hsu for several years. She has always been an incredible wound nurse. When I hear Ming is coming to see one of my patients, I know the patient is in great hands and the job will be done well.
Additionally Ming does not let 'normal business hours' interfere with patient care. She has often stayed late or comes in early to place a wound vac on my patient. In fact, not long ago, Ming came in on a Saturday because she was concerned the floor nurses would be overwhelmed by the job.
I am proud to call Ming a friend and colleague. She is a truly valuable member of our staff at St. Vincent's and I cannot think of a more deserving nurse.
