Susanne Calhoun represents the values of MercyOne to all of our patients, especially during the toughest COVID days.
Susanne worked as a case manager for COVID units, almost daily for months. Susanne was there to hold the patient's hand, assist the providers with their needs, and stood by our staff as they struggled to find a way through the terror that was COVID in the beginning. Susanne also saw her share of pain during those days but would always be able to find the good in every day. I appreciate her professionalism, sense of humor, and respect for our patients and staff.
