Thomas Burns was instrumental to provide strength and support for the RDL operational team throughout the pandemic, including screening implementation, patient care policy changes, PPE inventory, vaccine administration, and visitations.
Tom successfully implemented virtual orientation for the Nevada market. Tom's support for the market needs included taking complex, long length of stay patients to aid capacity issues at sister facilities and floating staff when able.
Tom has also led in converting legacy education certification methods to Resuscitation Quality Improvement, promoting high quality and competencies for life-saving patient care.
