From the moment I met her, Kelsey has been nothing but patient and understanding. I was so stressed out and feeling incredibly sad, but she made a bad couple of days feel like nothing. She started my day off with a smile and ablaugh, even when I was crying or not speaking. She made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and was well taken care of. Kelsey isn't just a good Nurse in this hospital, She is an honest and caring individual.

I came into this hospital ready to do a natural birth and be on my way. My situation didn't allow this. Instead, I had a C-section. I was in a ton of pain and was so lost. I honestly felt so lost and like a burden to my family. Kelsey changed all that for me. She stayed to talk to me, to teach me, to just be there. She was always attentive, sweet, and understanding. If I could, I'd have taken her with me. Kelsey is the greatest! I'm so glad that I can nominate her for this Award because she absolutely deserves the recognition. I love her. In the small amount of time I've gotten to know her, she took my dark experience and made it bright. I wouldn't be walking out of this hospital feeling prepared if it wasn't for her. She is a diamond.
