Mackenzie is so compassionate it's hard to believe that one person could have that much compassion.
I have been a patient for an emergent surgery and a couple days later a really bad abscess of the abdomen. I was transferred and Mackenzie was my RN on arrival. Mackenzie made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Having a 3rd-time belly surgery at age 49 is very hard and emotional. Mackenzie is just spot on and so caring. She goes above and beyond in patient care.
Mackenzie is so compassionate it's hard to believe that one person could have that much compassion. I was having a really bad day and it was during this day which was busy that Mackenzie stayed with me, let me talk, let me cry, and she offered so much encouragement and just made me feel good. I have not had a lot of hospitalizations but I will say without a doubt she is the best RN that has ever taken care of me. I could go on and on about her but I will say that MMC is privileged to have such a wonderful Nurse.
