Jen has a quiet, calm, and reassuring spirit that she presents every shift she works. She reaches the most fearful and most distressed patients and families just as she does with the most confident and lighthearted ones. Her dedication and genuine caring and concern are felt by every patient, family, and staff member. Jen addresses every issue that comes up on behalf of her patients. My dad was in critical condition on oncology and we knew we would be losing him soon. Jen heard us teasing with my dad about a party because he was still alert. Jen made a birthday card for me and had my dad sign it. This let us have daddy‐daughter time for my last birthday with him. She will never know what that meant to me.
