Tracy is an amazing labor and delivery nurse. She was very respectful of my birth plan encourage me during the entire process. After a while I had not progressed like I hoped, and Tracy was very informative of my options and answered all my questions and concerns. She supported me in making critical decisions on how to progress in my labor in an effective way. She was invaluable to my delivery.
Tracy was caring and compassion during my entire labor and stay is what stood out the most. She has a very positive attitude and even through her facemask, her smile was evident in her eyes. Being in such a vulnerable position, I never once doubted her sincerity and overall commitment to my and my baby's wellbeing. She even stayed after her shift to help and came to check the next day. She goes beyond the call of duty.
