Three weeks ago, IT learned that Renown would receive just under 4,000 vaccines and offered solutions to manage the lines, scheduling, and most importantly ensure the integrity and timely documentation of the medical record.
Two weeks ago, you were tapped to not just find a solution but to build, test, and support it ongoing.
Five days have passed since your work went live and more than 2,500 people have been vaccinated, with another 1,300 due today. The lines have been amazingly fast. The scheduling and the consent process are brand new to Renown, let alone developed and deployed so quickly. They will now serve as the model for future population health initiatives and how we better open the front door of healthcare to our community.
