John Willoughby has excellent clinical skills. John completes his orders rapidly and is always looking to help his nursing colleagues. He easily recognizes sick patients and communicates his concerns with providers. I have personally watched him rally an entire wounded nursing team during a Unit Practice Council meeting. John encouraged all his nursing colleagues to band together and recognize that their immediate and administrative leadership all support them. He encouraged the nursing team to come in with a positive attitude and work together. He also is known to come in on his days off to help the team. John smiles, makes patients feel comfortable, and encourages patients to stay with us for care. He is the epitome of professionalism and leadership.
