Kristi Krabi goes above and beyond for her patients in person or on phone.
Recently a Covid positive patient came stating he needed labs done and no one would do this for him. When checking with his primary care provider, Kristi found his primary care provider did not tell him to come while Covid positive. Kristi suited up and drew his labs anyway. She always takes the time to explain things to patients to make sure they understand. Kristi is always kind and helpful to her coworkers and will jump in to help with any situation.
