Margaret Howell has demonstrated amazing teamwork on a regular basis for many years now. She will stay late and help with admits, codes, and always ensures her patients are very well taken care of. Margaret spends long periods of time in COVID rooms with her patients, talking with them and comforting them, washing their hair, face trimming, and making them comfortable.
For years this Nurse has been so very caring and kind to her patients and their families. Especially in end-of-life situations, providing support, finding chairs, offering coffee, even during times of COVID.
We all feel so safe when Margaret is working. She is an awesome example to us all. Not only does she take awesome care of her patients but her documentation is immaculate and her rooms are spotless. She's always mopping the floors and wiping the furniture down. Margaret has been doing this for a very long time and has always shown great respect and concern for each of her patients and co-workers. She always does a tremendous job with the more human aspects of our practice making it a point to get families on video calls to see their loved ones, even when she's in the weeds with a million other things to do.
