When I was admitted to Bimala Thomas’s unit due to COVID-19, her attitude of work and caring was very good. Bimala explained all the things in a good manner. When I transferred to ICU, she helped me to strengthen my mental health. When I return to the ward again, the same day, Bimala came to me with a pleasant face and I felt she prayed and did all her effort for my recovery. I feel it is the same for all of her patients. When my family contacted me for information, Bimala undoubtedly delivers all the details for them to be assured that I'm well taken care of. I feel she is a real heroine nurse.
A few days back I visited the unit again but unfortunately, I got a message she transferred to another unit.
I wish all the best for Bimala’s future and Almighty will give all success in her life.
