I went to the ER Sunday morning and was admitted due to a small bowel blockage. In addition to the excellent care provided by Sergio, he went above and beyond his duties. I arrived at the ER ill-prepared for a hospital stay- phone (but no charger), no change of clothes or toiletries. Sergio, seeing my predicament, loaned me his charger and even offered to leave it with me overnight. Additionally, when my wife brought me a much-needed change of clothes, he met her at the door to see they found their way to me. He kept me informed of my progress and ensured my discharge papers were processed in a timely manner to facilitate my release as soon as allowed. He is an asset to your facility and my wife, and I thank him profusely for his dedication and passion.
