Corinne demonstrates truly inspirational talents
Corinne Peloso is by far one of the more extraordinary nurses we have here at Blythedale Children's Hospital. I have had the pleasure of working with and observing Corinne's qualities as a nurse many times. Corinne demonstrates truly inspirational talents as a nurse. I have particularly noticed that Corinne never does anything halfway. Whether it is her patient assignments, charge nurse responsibilities, or her interactions with parents or coworkers, she always demonstrates model nursing behaviors and attitudes.
You can tell that Corinne really cares about each and every one of her patients and their families who are that the bedside. She worries about them constantly and goes above and beyond to make sure that her care for them is exceptional.
I recently had the pleasure of witnessing Corinne at a bedside during a patient code. She was assigned as the charge nurse for that day in addition to a full patient assignment but went truly out of her way to lead the team through the emergency and make sure the patient was stable and safe. Corinne as a nurse not only thinks about herself and her tasks for the day, but she also goes out of her way to think about her coworkers, how their days are going, and if there is anything she can to help or make their day easier.
