Ashley Bowerman took care of my mother-in-law at the end of a battle with pancreatic cancer. There were so many awful things about the situation, from trying to manage excruciating pain, to Covid visitor restrictions causing communication barriers with family, to escalating behavior from a family member who wasn't handling the situation well. Ashley managed the entire situation with grace and compassion. She was kind to the difficult family member even though he was making her job extra difficult. My husband and I are forever grateful to her for the care and compassion she gave during a very hard time for our family.

Ashley went out of her way so that my brother and I got to say our final goodbye to our dying mother. She's a very kind and compassionate nurse. A family member, in his grief, got very hateful with her. She should never have been talked to with such disrespect. Even after all that, she continued to come in and make absolutely sure that my mother was comfortable until the very end. And for that, I am deeply grateful.
