Tameekia Bonner is a one-of-a-kind nurse that has shown up in a big way this year. She has always been hard-working and dependable, but the pandemic has shown that she is someone we can truly count on.
Tameekia was one of the first and most consistent RNs to staff our COVID positive shifts, usually on top of an already full schedule. She is indispensable at her home unit, handling both the patient and teammate schedule on top of all of her nursing duties.
Tameekia is known as an expert in our clinical and operational systems such as Snappy and Maestro, and frequently receives calls from other clinics asking for her help troubleshooting. She will even visit other clinics personally to help them improve. She is also responsible for a huge increase in her clinic's DQI score over the past year by helping drive down hospitalizations. Tameekia is regularly regarded by her patients as caring, compassionate, and the best nurse they know.
