Beverly is special because she sets the standard for both nursing and nursing supervisors. She not only exhibits exceptional leadership and commitment but she has the personal "human element" to reach out to clients (patients) and determines what is in the best interest of the patient only after reviewing their medical file and inquiring of the patient what they need to achieve the best medical treatment possible and attention.
She talked to me like a human being understanding my trauma and then fulfilling the doctor's instructions with intention and precision. She categorized my needs and prioritized them while disseminating instructions to her subordinates to achieve these ends with excellence.
This is the most traumatic event in my life to date where three vehicles collided at an intersection, jumped the curb, and almost severed my leg completely was it not for the grace of God! Aside from the MD who performed the surgery, Beverly has provided leadership in the recovery after surgery.
