Nicolette is a friendly, compassionate nurse. It is evident that she cares deeply about each individual patient's needs. She knows their specific problems and is able to explain the conditions or findings in terms one can clearly understand. Nicolette takes time with her patients. She makes time to converse on a variety of topics. She shares stories with her patients. Nicolette did all of the above with me personally. She clearly explains what a flutter in my heart could mean.
