Mr. Mel is very professional, kind, nice, and a very good listener. He makes sure he pleases you with his duties and explains to you what he does to you. He does what you need at the moments. He rubs you while he gives you shots, so you won't feel it. A gentle soul my momma would call it. He tries to please all his patients so they can feel better and heal. You can ask him a thousand times and he does it with patience, grace, caring, and love. When he's not sure, he's on the phone to the doctor right then and not later but right then asking and fulfilling the need. I don't eat the food so well and he brings me food and ask if there is anything I need. This is a good man that I appreciate as a person. Acknowledge the good people that are always left behind that are really always first. Mr. Mel is like a grandfather that pats you to sleep and one that prays with you before you go to sleep.
