Elissa went above and beyond her nursing duties. She went out during her lunchtime and bought clothes (pants, shoes, shirt, socks, and underwear) for a homeless patient that was discharged. Elissa took her time and dressed the patient, and then took him downstairs to sit with him, while waiting for a cab. Elissa is an example of what a wonderful DAISY nurse should be.
