Michelle Binder always does an excellent job at carefully assessing patients and going above and beyond to treat patients. She provides leadership and guidance to others at the clinic including myself. She sends informational podcasts and links to understand treatment and diagnosis. Specifically, she offered me a lot of assistance and support when treating a patient with a difficult diagnosis that continued to have safety concerns. She worked endlessly to get this patient transferred to the proper clinic and treatments which was difficult for several months. She helped me to advocate for other officials at this clinic and this patient's leadership and this patient was effectively transferred and is being treated. Without her, this patient would not only be suffering and not addressing her mental health but I would be stuck with minimum support. She provided me emotional support when I needed it during this tough time.
