Suzan is compassionate and friendly and made sure all of my mom's needs were met.
The morning after my surgery Suzan encouraged me to get freshened up while trying to promote movement. She was extremely helpful and gentle and was keen to provide the necessary materials to allow me to clean up while also providing assistance. I'm thankful that Suzan initiated the thought of me doing this as it made me feel refreshed and ready to start my recovery. Suzan was also diligent in keeping me updated on next steps and continued to check on me throughout the day.
*****
The overall care Suzan gave to my mom was exceptional. She is the true meaning of what you call a NURSE. Suzan is compassionate and friendly and made sure all of my mom's needs were met. She explained everything she was going to do and most of all she treated us with respect and like we were someone instead of something.
*****
I was hospitalized receive IV antibiotic therapy. It was difficult for me since I am an RN and now I was on the other side - I was the patient. Though all nurses that cared for me were nice, Suzan went up and beyond. She has impeccable nursing skills, all applied in a timely manner. She has empathy and anticipates your needs.
