Kathy Gelso is one of the most phenomenal educators at Misericordia University. She is loved by students and faculty. She has strong beliefs, a caring soul, and a heart of gold. Kathy teaches in the clinical and the classroom, she has touched each student she has ever taught in a special way. This is the third year in a row that Kathy has received the Faculty DAISY Award, this is such an impressive way of honoring her for the wonderful work that she has done for nursing students over the years.
